Local Knowledge: Fidalgo bay is reasonably protected, and Seafarer’s park is a first rate small boat facility with good access to the bay. Pictures and comments from those who participated in 2015 are available on the Woodenboat forum.
Note: While the official messabout will end at 1600 hours, participants might wish to cruise out to Saddlebag island for Saturday night, good camping.
Accommodations: There are many good hotels in the area. Camping is available at Washington Park in Anacortes, and at three campgrounds in Deception Pass State Park.
