Howl at the Moon Mini-Cruise

Launch ramp and parking:
Put in and haul out at Granite Creek Resort, Good
ramp, service dock, ample parking. .Launch $7, daily parking $3.
Schedule and Activities: First day, traditional meeting for breakfast 8 am, at AJ’s
in Priest River, Idaho for skippers meeting, safety equipment review and breakfast. After
breakfast drive approx. 40 miles in convoy to launch ramp. Four (4) nights on the lake as we
transit to north end and into Upper Priest. Beach camping and/or sleeping aboard
depending upon boats and individual desires.
Tides: Fresh water, no tides
Food and Shelter: There are limited supplies (food, fuel, and essentials such as ice
cream) available at various locations around the lake, but recommend arriving able to
stay self-sufficient for 5 days and 4 night minimum. All sites are pack-in- pack-out.
Local Knowledge: Minimal navigational issues, organizer has lifetime knowledge of this lake and surrounding area.
